1 - The general conditions of sale apply strictly to all bookings of stays around the world Hostal Badaloní, destined to individuals, companies and organizations.

All bookings made on the website of www.hostalbadaloni.com necessarily implies the complete acceptance by the customer of the General Conditions of Sale www.hostalbadaloni.com, effective the day they perform the corresponding reserve. The interpretation and enforcement of conditions and all the acts resulting from them are, shall be subject to Spanish law except there are provisions contrary to this law enforcement.

2 - Prices: Published in www.hostalbadaloni.com prices they are in Euros and are valid except typo. All prices include VAT applicable on the date of the request for the reservation, any change in VAT rate will be applied automatically to the prices of stocks in www.hostalbadaloni.com.

3 - Payment Mode: The payment will be made by credit card, cash in our reception of the hostel or by bank transfer.

4 - Reservations: Reservations made www.hostalbadaloni.com are only valid within the limits of available rooms. Photographs and descriptions of the products for sale are only indicative and not binding in any way the outcome.

5 - Returns and Complaints: Amounts paid claims must be processed within a period not exceeding 15 days of making the reservation. To do so, contact our sales department via email info@hostalbadaloni.com.

All reservations made in our website by phone or www.booking.com that are included in dates in which there are special events (Mobile World Congress, Formula 1, GP500, Primavera Sound, Sonar, Rock Festival and similar) will have the same conditions as the NON-REFUNDABLE RATE.
