For reservations made before March 11, 2020 : If you have made a non-refundable reservation directly with us, via the web or by phone to stay until May 25, 2020, we offer you the option to change the date without no charge until June 31, 2021. For reservations made after March 11, 2020 : If you have made a reservation through our website or by phone to stay in April or May, you can cancel it by contacting us at 93.388.88.99 or through our email info@hostalbadaloni.com.

We have taken the following measures to ensure maximum security for our clients and our staff:

• Disinfection of common areas, rooms, private areas and objects of common use (reception, elevator, handles, keys and room cards, etc)
• Furniture in reception, rooms and private areas is minimized.
• Bedding in all rooms is minimized.
• The staff is being trained with the different protocols provided by the government and hotels of Barcelona.
• Our workers are equipped with personal protective equipment.
• We have made hand sanitizer available to our customers in common areas.
• We use specific cleaning products for the COVID-19.
• Only one person may enter the Hotel elevator or two or more in the event that they travel together.
• When checking, the safety distance will always be respected.
